Weight Restrictions:
Our Mighty bag can only accept up to 25% of “heavy” waste, please refer to our skip waste guide for more information.
Our Maxi bag does not accept any heavy waste.
Our Mini Bags can be full of heavy waste with no restrictions.
General
When placing an order for a skip bag with us, it is essential to ensure that the bag is positioned in a location where our small skip van can easily access and reverse up to it for pickup. Failure to place the skip bag in an accessible location will result in us being unable to collect your waste, and no refunds will be given in such cases.
If our vehicles are required to leave the public highway to access your property, this will be at your own risk. You will accept full responsibility for any damage that may occur to persons, property, or vehicles as a result of this.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to supply, or any delay in supply, due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, fire, accidents, machinery breakdowns, or shortages of labor or materials. Additionally, we are not liable for any acts of negligence on the part of the customer.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred as a result of cancellation or significant variation of the order.
We will not be liable for any damage to your property if you request us to lift skip bags over walls, grass, driveways, or other obstacles.
Skip Bag Hire
When placing an order you would have agreed to our strict level load and prohibited items policy. If any prohibited items are found in your skip bag and/or your skip bag is overloaded we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee.
In addition to this, if your skip bag is dangerously overloaded we may leave rubbish in the location of your skip.
Any damage to our skip bags beyond normal wear and tear will be charged back to the customer accordingly.
Skip Bag Hire
When placing an order for a skip bag, please ensure that it is placed in a location where our van can easily lift it. Our van must be able to reverse close to the bag for successful collection.
If you fail to place the bag in a suitable location, we may be unable to pick up your waste, and no refunds will be issued.
Any damage to the skip bags beyond normal wear and tear will be charged back to the customer accordingly.
Prohibited Items & Level Load Policy
All out sorting is undertaken by hand to recycle as much as possible, so please take note. If any of the below items are found in the skip or skip bags they will be returned or left at the location of the skip bag.

Gas Bottles/Cylinders – Solvents – Fuels – Paint Tins
Plasterboard
Sanitary Products
Animal waste (dog / cat faeces)
Felt & Asbestos
Medical Waste
Hazardous Waste

Food waste
Batteries
Any bags lifted over fences at owners request, is at the liability of the customer.
We have a strict level load policy on all our skip bags. This means you should not overfill above the level on the skip and/or bags.
If you load your skip or bag too high we reserve the right to return the overloaded waste or charge you an additional fee of £40.
Cancellations
All orders made are final, if you wish to cancel your order and get a refund please contact us by telephone or email. If you already have the skip bag we are unable to offer you a refund.
Refunds will be made back to the card you used when purchasing and can take up to 10 working days.
By accepting these terms you also acknowledge that you are able to accept delivery of your skip bag on the day you have chosen.
